Mr. Drukin graduated with honors from The Hogeschool van Amsterdam in The Netherlands with a BS in Physical Therapy after earning his MS degree in Athletic Training from West Virginia University and a BS as an exercise specialist from Hofstra University.
Over 3 decades, Mr. Drukin has worked with diverse patient populations in a broad range of settings, treating both adults and children, athletes, and non-athletes alike. He has worked in pre-schools, primary and high schools, colleges, private clinics, and private homes. In addition, he has worked at professional sporting events like World Team Tennis and the U.S. Open.
During his career, he ran his own PT business and worked with numerous physicians in the Westchester NY area. Mr. Drukin’s vast experience has helped to develop the insight to make people feel better and educate them on their injuries and prognosis. Being able to communicate effectively with his patients is a critical part of treatment and rehabilitation. Mr. Drukin’s physical therapy philosophy is that PT should be functional to help with pain reduction and rehabilitation.
He enjoys working with a variety of patients from infants and children with developmental disabilities to top professional and elite athletes. His experiences in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, and functional training will make your time at COR sports Physical Therapy beneficial and enjoyable.
Outside of work, Mr. Drukin remains highly active. He enjoys numerous outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, kayaking, cycling, and rock climbing. He now resides in northern Westchester NY with this wife and two sons.
